Welcome to Infinite Self. I believe that a life of joy is within reach for everyone. My purpose is to help you access the peaceful ocean of stillness within you. This space is not just an inner refuge, but it is the very essence of who we are. As such, we always have access to it. But as we experience life with its emotions, ecstasies, traumas and tragedies, we often lose touch with it. We may find certain parts of our psychic ecosystem overwhelming our experience of life, taking our presence/being away from the stillness. My intention is to guide you into your inner depths, to witness parts of you that need attention and help the parts that seek healing, so you may begin to live more of life from your Infinite Self.
I am a Canadian of Bangladeshi origin. I have lived in Norway, United States, India, Uruguay, China and Singapore. I have a Bachelor’s from Middlebury College and a Master’s from the National University of Singapore. I have also spent 5 years working at Google.
In collaborations, I predominantly make use of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy model, as well as my training as a Vipassana meditator. I am also a musician and songwriter. As such, some of my perspectives on spirituality and healing are influenced by Bengali poetry and folk music, like the words of Fakir Lalon and Rabindranath Tagore.
I offer sessions in English, Bengali and Spanish. If you feel called to, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
