I am a Bangladeshi-Canadian, who has have lived in Norway, United States, India, Uruguay, China and Singapore. I hold a Bachelor’s from Middlebury College and a Master’s from the National University of Singapore. I spent 5 years working at Google supporting small business owners to grow. My diverse background gives me a close understanding of the totality of human experience and informs my therapeutic work.
I am available for flexible engagements on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one-off basis, depending on your specific needs at any moment. For more focused, time-bound therapeutic engagements, I offer coaching programs in the following areas:
In collaborations, I make use of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy model, my practice as a Vipassana meditator, as well as my extensive experience with psychedelic plant medicines . As a musician and songwriter, my perspectives on authentic spiritual connection are influenced by Bengali poetry and folk music, including the works of Fakir Lalon and Rabindranath Tagore.
