Farhan Ahmed

IFS Practitioner & Well-Being Coach

Welcome to Infinite Self. I am here to help you access the ocean of stillness within you, which is the essence of who you are. As you experience life with its emotions, ecstasies, traumas and tragedies, you may sometimes lose touch with this stillness. You may find certain parts of your psyche overwhelming you, causing anxiety, stress, despair, fear, anger, sadness, or hopelessness. My goal is to help you to face these inner storms, through non-judgemental witnessing and focused healing, so you begin to live more of life from your Infinite Self.

I am a Bangladeshi-Canadian and have lived in Norway, United States, India, Uruguay, China and Singapore. I hold a Bachelor’s from Middlebury College and a Master’s from the National University of Singapore. I spent 5 years working at Google where I supported small business owners to grow. My diverse background gives me a close understanding of the totality of the human experience. I also possess specific knowledge of South Asian culture and the predominant cultural burdens that impact people in local and diasporic communities

In collaborations, I make use of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy model, as well as my extensive experience as a Vipassana meditator. I am also a musician and songwriter. As such, my perspectives on authentic spiritual connection are influenced by Bengali poetry and folk music, like the works of Fakir Lalon and Rabindranath Tagore.

I live in Montreal with my wife and our daughter, offering sessions in English, Bengali and Spanish. I invite you to reach out to connect with me.
